Will Buhar Jail Tinubu?.Author Benneth Nwankwo Writes.

For those who know him to the letter, they said; he is a tough man. A
fearful soldier. Incorruptible personality and revered statesman.

In fact many had arguably declared him synonymous to; artlessness,
directness, downrightness, genuineness, ingenuous, open-faced,
sincerity, square, straightness, truth, trustability, trustworthy
trusty, and etcetera. If the beaucoup crowds at his Presidential
rallies are yardsticks for determining votes, one can favourably
declare him as the next president of Federal Republic of Nigeria. His
campaign organizers know how to run "things".They are amazing!.

I am pretty sure that most of us,if not all,had catch a glimpse of the
generals campaign either from the TV or perhaps witnessed one or two
of them. There are numerous stuffs to talk about. His rallies are
electrifying. You can't talk about his campaign with a mention of
energetic crowds
occupying the streets, or
enthusiastic young men climbing lampposts,and
walls to glimpse his
face. or those that took to dancing on careening
motorcycles, troubling the air with chants of "change!", brandishing homemade
brooms-symbols of his campaign.Symbols of APC. The party that is
clamouring for change.APC !!CHANGE!!!!!!!!.

Carried aware by merriments, many seems to have let go the real
question. The question many intellectuals are practically afraid to
stir. A question they have lost bone to ask. How could, they when
their voices have been muted by "things for the boys" which some of
them had unashamedly and unanimously described as "mere gifts". Gifts
indeed.

And what is the question?.

Who is behind Buhari's political campaign?. The answer is not
difficult to decipher. Bola Ahmed Tinubu .Most of us were optimistic
about change from the beginning. In fact we saw it as a necessity until
the biggest land lord in Africa joined the train.

When Buhari promised to fight corruption, we thought him serious and
clamored for him.To achieve this, he said, a reformer is needed. He
gave us a co-reformer; Tinubu!.

For clarity,Asiwaju? Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the National leader of the
APC - the change
agent.

Meditate thoughtfully on that. Laugh and start weeping for
Nigeria.
For a nation which boast
of more shrewdness than
the Italian Mafias. This
shrewdness has only
been demonstrated
through our fantastic
display of deceit, lies and
plenty magic. I am therefore not surprised seeing Tinubu fronting
himself as an agent of change.

In his numerous campaigns, Buhari revisited his stance to jail all
corrupt officials-past and present if elected as the President. Will
Buhari jail Tinubu?.Will the general send his co reformer behind
bars?.I don't know the answer. But methinks it's overtly impossible to
bite the finger that fed you.
Thank God we
don't do the polygraph
in Nigeria and
for politicians.A lie test. Obviously, the first rule in the
commandments of the
politician in Nigeria is
learning how to lie
truthfully. If not how would you fight corruption with corruption?.
Undoubtedly, that's a truthful lie.Tinubu will fight corruption.

Will Buhari rejuvenate his "retroactive law'' that saw three youthful
Nigerians off their early graves abet firing squad, upon elected on
Tinubu and likes,or will his self-proclaimed
"war against indiscipline" that carried to
sadistic levels, glorying in the
humiliation of a people during his time as a general extended to
Tinubu when elected?.

Let talk about the "anti corruption solicitor" and "reformer"
Tinubu.Let talk about his "Reformations".

"Number 4, Oyinkan
Abayomi (formerly Queens) Drive,
Ikoyi: A 5-bedroom detached house
on one acre of land which was
originally the Lagos State
Governor's guest house since 1979,now belongs to Tinubu.
The certificate of occupancy of the
property valued at N450 million
was signed and released to him by
Fashola in 2007 shortly after he
assumed office."

''Tinubu's residence at 26 Bourdillon
Road, Ikoyi was initially falsely
presented as Oando Plc Guest
House. Later, he purportedly bought
it from Oando, and used public
funds to rebuild and renovate it. The
Lagos State Government bought the
property and paid an undisclosed
sum to him and thereafter gave the
property back to him under the
bogus Pension Bill he signed to law
shortly before he left office in 2007.
The property is worth over N600
million."

"The annex of the Lagos State Guest
House in Asokoro, Abuja was
bought by the State Government in
2006 for N450 million, purportedly
to protect the main house from
security breach. Shortly after Tinubu
left office, the property was
transferred to him under the pension
plan he signed into law before
leaving office."

"The 250-hectare land valued at
about N35billion and strategically
located at the Ajah junction on
Lekki Road was initially meant for a
General Hospital for the people of
Eti-Osa Local Government but was
stolen by Tinubu and handed over
to Trojan Estate Ltd – a company
owned by Deji and Wale Tinubu – to
develop as Royal Garden Housing
Estate at the expense of the
taxpayers of Lagos."

"The prime land of 157 hectares with
2.5km of Atlantic beachfront valued
at about N10billion and stolen by
Tinubu from the communities of
Siriwon, Igbekodo, Apakin, etc in
Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and
given to Ibukun Fakeye – his crony
to build a golf course and luxury
villa with little or no compensation
to the villagers. In addition, Tinubu
paid $20million (N3billion) out of
public treasury to Ibukun Fakeye to
commence the project in late 2006.
Fashola has since released
additional funding for this project,
which is not owned by the state
government."

" The former Julius Berger yard at
Oko Orisan, Epe valued at
N450million.
Tinubu raised a loan of N4.7billion
on Eko Akete project for which
nothing was achieved before he
turned around to sell the property to
his Chagouri friends of Chagouri &
Chagouri and Hitech Construction
Ltd at a ridiculously low price at the
expense of the taxpayers of Lagos."
